Chubb are a provider of security and fire safety solutions. The objective was to create an internal campaign that gently reminded staff to always offer a superior customer service.
The outcome was to not be aggressive. With this in mind, two comical characters were designed to represent each Chubb division. Motivational messages are then depicted in the light-hearted situations they find themselves in.
The project went on to win ‘Best Internal Communications 2012’ at the PRAC Awards.
